Dr. Syaril Izwann Jabar is a senior lecturer with the Faculty of Education

and Social Sciences (FESS) at University Selangor (UNISEL). He is

considered to be a good all-rounder due to his present and past

participation in activities such as, cycling, golf, hockey, rugby, running,

swimming, and tennis. He understands the importance of discipline,

effective communication, the setting of goals, and perseverance.

Additionally, he is also familiar with the management concepts of

coaching, delegation, facilitated guidance, and scaffolding. He is also

capable of completing complex tasks and problem solving, whilst

relying on synergy when working with others.
