Nor Azilah Husin is the recipient of the Malaysian BRIGHT student Scholarship for her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, USA. She is also a recipient of a Postgraduate Study Scholarship from the Ministry of Education for her Master's degree in Universiti Putra Malaysia. Then, she pursued her Ph.D. study at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. For 32 years of working experience, she is awarded the Excellent Service three times in 2005, 2008, and 2010. She is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, Universiti Selangor, and now she is the Deputy Dean of Research and Postgraduate. She has been nominated as The Best Paper presenter in a couple of conferences. She has been the Principal Researcher for several grants, e.g. FRGS, MBI, SUK, Hijau Teknologi, and Joint Research with Universiti Andalas, Indonesia. She is passionate about researching Business Management, Educational Management, Human Resource Management, Quality of Life, Well-being, Work-life Balance, and Retrenchment. She has published and been a reviewer in various journals.
