A lecturer in the University Selangor for 13 years and mainly teaching in Human resources such as Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, and International Human Resource Management. Supervise the student undergraduates as well pot graduate-master level. Having experience in the industry for almost 20 years locally and internationally. Previous position in corporate sectors such as Public Relations Executive, Head of Training & Consultancy Unit, Acting Head Administration & Student Affairs, Head of Human Resource Department, Registrar, teacher, and divisional manager. Actively involves in research and publication. Currently working on the research that grant by the Malaysian Ministry of Education on Fundamental Research Grant (FRGS) with the title of Models of Human Capital Quality Health for Employability base on Industries, Universities, and Students Collaboration, besides another FRGS grant on 2015. Other research grants also from university grants (Bestari). In the publication area, so far already published ten articles in various journals such as the International Journal of Management Sciences and Business Research (IJIRMPS) indexes by ISI and International Journal of Asian Social Science, Asian Economic, and Social Society indexes by ERA. Involves in professional bodies, local and international, like Global Association for Humanities and Social Science Research (GAHSSR). Actively present the paper the latest was the 29th EBES Conference – Lisbon on October 10-12, 2019. As the academician also join as reviewer such as Reviewer in International Journal of Innovative Research in Engineering & Multidisciplinary Physical Sciences (list under ISI) as well as in Common Ground Research Networks.
