Mokana A/P Muthu Kumarasamy received her Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Universiti of Utara Malaysia (UUM); and her PhD in Human Resource Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Kedah. She is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, Universiti Selangor and also Managing Editor for Selangor Business Review Journal (SBR). She is passionate in doing research in the areas of Human Resource Management, Emotional Intelligence, Work-life Balance, Spiritual Intelligence and Safety and health Management. She has published and been a reviewer in various journals.
